Guidelines for participation

Registration and payment – Registration and payment is
required for all classes and activities. Walk-in participants are not
allowed. Participants are encouraged to register early as classes
and activities fill quickly.
Confirmation – Participants are enrolled in a class upon receipt
of registration with payment. A confirmation will be emailed for
each class if an email address is provided at registration.
Participants will be notified if a class is full or cancelled.
Refunds and cancellations – Requests with five-business days
notice from the class start date may qualify for a partial refund
(cash, credit or coupon) less $10 per class. Refund requests
received with less than five-business days notice from the class
start date are not eligible for a refund. Partial refunds for outings
may not be available after tickets are ordered.
Supervision – Participants requiring personal assistance for
physical and/or behavioral issues must be accompanied and
supervised in class and on outings by the staff.
Please accompany participants to class locations (classrooms)
and pick-up the participant in the classroom. Instructors are not
available to supervise participants prior to class start time ܂
