Karate
Learn proper karate techniques and form. Each person just starting will
receive a white karate belt. If you have taken this class previously, you
will learn new moves while mastering the ones you have already learned.
Stripe will be added to each level achieved. Bring water; past
participants should bring their karate belt. All abilities are welcome.
Not meeting May 25. Instructors: Roni and Dirk.

Sports & Exercise

Let’s play ball! A beeping ball and a tee are available to make the
game fun for all abilities. All players will receive an award at the end
of the tournament. Lunch will be provided for all players the day of the
tournament. Remember to bring extra water and sunscreen. Mark your
t-shirt size on the registration form. Tournament is held at Lakewood
Hills Community Park in White Bear Lake on Saturday, June 20
(9:30 a.m.-2 p.m.). Instructors: Dirk and Chris.
