Spring Fling Dinner & Dance

Syruping & Pancake Breakfast
Learn how to tap a tree to collect the sap and turn it into syrup. When
the syrup is complete, enjoy a pancake breakfast with sausage, orange
juice and your own fresh-made syrup. Escorts: Perry and Amy.

Out & About

Put on your dancing shoes and join your friends for a fabulous night of
dinner and dancing. Enjoy a buffet-style meal of gourmet garden salad,
sesame sugar snap peas with julienne carrots, herb roasted baby red
potatoes, classic beef lasagna or honey dipped chicken. Dessert will be
an assortment of fresh baked cookies and bars. Dance the night away
with our DJ as he plays all your favorite music. Elk River HOPE and
