Water Aerobics
Water aerobics classes can improve heart health, muscle strength, and joint mobility in a fun, supportive environment. A great form of exercise for all water lovers! This will be a low-impact water workout held in shallow water. Instructors: Sandy and Pam or Peggy

Karate
You will learn punching and kicking techniques. All returning participants may earn a stripe on their belt as they move forward in their skills. New students receive a white belt to start the journey. Enter Door 4 until 6:45 pm. After 6:45 pm, enter Door 2. Instructors: Roni and Pam
