Managing Everyday Anxiety
Everyday anxiety is normal and more common than many people realize. Class will focus
on a better understanding of the reasons people experience higher than usual anxiety and
learning strategies that may help alleviate it. Please note this is not a therapy session,
rather a strategy class with tips to reduce your anxiety. Class fee: $25.

Seizure Recognition and Response
One in ten Americans have had or will have a seizure of some type in their life. Understand
how to identify seizures, know what to do during a seizure, and overcome the myths and
misconceptions surrounding seizures and epilepsy. Instructor Caroline Olstad is from the
Epilepsy Foundation of Minnesota. Class fee: $19 one; $25 two.
