ECFE CHILD CARE COLLABORATIVE Anoka-Hennepin Schools CHILD CARE COLLABORATIVE A workshop for home and center-based child care providers sponsored by Anoka-Hennepin Schools Child Care Collaborative and Early Childhood Special Education. Effective Behavior Management Strategies Learn about Early Childhood Screening, the Early Childhood Special Education (ECSE) referral and evaluation process, Individual Education Plan (IEP) document and meetings, and the various ECSE services. This educational workshop meets the licensed family child care annual training requirement (Develop Event ID: 316717). This is an adult-only event – no child care is provided. Participating providers will work collaboratively with Licensed Early Childhood Family Education (ECFE) staff from Anoka-Hennepin Schools to address needs, offer support and, in turn, strengthen alignment between child care providers and schools. Providers will participate in: • H  igh-quality learning experiences. • C  onsulting, coaching and support based on the sites identified needs. • I  nformation and referral of materials and resources for providers, the children and their families. • P  rofessional development opportunities including licensure hours.
