SLIDING FEE SCALE
Fees can be waived or reduced at any income level if family circumstances would make payment a hardship . No one will be turned away because of an inability to pay . Call the ECFE office at 763-506-1275 for payment assistance .
To determine your class fee , find your annual household income and the number of class sessions ( i . e ., annual household income of $ 67,000 taking a Ones class – fee is $ 36 for one child or $ 44 for two or more children ).

Art exploration , books , stories , active play , songs , rhymes and lots of fun ! Playtime will enhance small and large motor skills , self-esteem and social skills , plus there are new friends for everyone .
