best professionally, and personally. David is a
wellness advocate for his employees, students,
and community. He will share practical tips and
strategies on how to leverage your time, talent,
and energy to take care of yourself in order to
be your best.
Additional sessions will focus on:
• Sampler fitness classes for adults
• Educational wellness seminars
• Early childhood activities
• Youth gym sponsored by AKA Sports
offering multi-sport and fitness activities
for school-aged youth
• Family book and DVD Swap
Participation in sessions is free, but registration
is required. Walk-in participants will be
accommodated as space allows.
