Preschool/Youth Lessons

Aquatics

Preschool Aquatics
4-day sessions (40 minutes): $65
Class is taught in the shallow end of the pool, which is twoand-a-half feet deep. This class is for children ages threeand four-years-old who are ready to swim without a parent
in the water. Instructors use fun games to teach bobbing,
floating and life jacket safety. All preschool levels (1, 2 and 3)
are taught as a combined class. The student report card at
the end of the session will reflect current skill level. 4:1 ratio.

Preschool Level 1:
Student must be comfortable in the water and willing to go
into a class without a parent.

Open swim

Preschool Level 2:

Recreational open swim includes the diving
boards or the WIBIT (an inflatable, floating
obstacle course), swim toys and lap lanes are
available for swimmers of all ages.

Student must be able to glide independently on front and
back for two body lengths.

Preschool Level 3:
Student must be able to glide independently on front and back
and swim a combined stroke on front for six body lengths.

YOUTH AQUATICS for children ages 5 and over
Learn to Swim Levels 1-6
4-day sessions (65 minutes): $75
Designed to help students achieve maximum success.
Courses build upon stroke development, water safety and a
love of swimming. Water safety and swimming are skills that
your child will enjoy for life. 6-7:1 ratio.
