Jumpin’ in the Gym
Love and Logic
Is cabin fever setting in with restless children? Tired
of being indoors? Bring them to our gym to run,
jump, ride, slide, swing and climb. We’ll spend the
first half hour “jumpin’ in the gym” and then move
to the classroom for more fun. Parents will have input
regarding parenting discussion topics.
We all want our children to grow up to be responsible
adults. Learn techniques that help children of all
ages, such as setting clear limits, choosing when
to include children in decision-making, and how to
encourage empathy for others. Class is based on the
classic book, “Parenting with Love and Logic,” by
Foster Cline and Jim Fay.

Just Plain Fun!
Children grow up so fast in today’s high-pressure
world that it’s easy to forget to simply play. Join us for
a playful good time together enjoying puppet shows,
painting with our feet, skating indoors and more “just
plain fun!” Parenting discussion will focus on the
power of play and its role in development.

Run and Read
Kindergarten Tool Box
Preparation for kindergarten starts early! Many necessary
skills are learned in the first five years of a child’s life.
This class will focus on building skills for school success.
Parenting discussion focuses on what parents can do to
support their child’s learning each day.
Exercise both brain and body in this fun class!
Games, trikes, balls and climbers are offered in the
gym. Classroom activities include art, music and play
activities, topped off with lots of books and a readaloud story. Parents have input into discussion topics.
