OPTION 1 FOUR-YEAR-OLD PRESCHOOL
Free , half-day ( 2.75 hours / day ) Monday-Thursday preschool option with transportation included .
Option 1 is open to families who meet all three requirements : 1 . Are residents of the Anoka-Hennepin School District * with a child four years of age by September 1 , 2022 . 2 . Meet income guidelines ( listed below ), and 3 . Live in or attend child care in the school attendance areas listed below . * If you are not in these attendance areas or not a resident of the Anoka-Hennepin School District , see Option 3 .

Student class placement Students will be placed in morning or afternoon classes based on school district bus routes . Families will be notified of the preschool class schedule .

As part of the USDA Free and Reduced School Meals Program , children attending preschool in the morning will be served breakfast or a snack . Children attending preschool in the afternoon will be served lunch or a snack .
