THREE-YEAR-OLD PRESCHOOL FOUR-YEAR-OLD PRESCHOOL – OPTION 1
Half-day preschool classes with two- or three-day class options -
parents provide transportation. Free, half-day Monday-Thursday preschool option with
transportation included.
Open to families with a child three years of age by Sept. 1, 2019.

Student class placement
Knowing the financial strain that
tuition may place on a family’s
budget, a sliding tuition scale
is available for three-year-old
preschool and four-year-old
preschool - option 3. Review the
chart on the right for eligibility
guidelines.
Proof of income is not required
to receive tuition assistance
however, it may be requested
during an annual audit. Residents
of Anoka-Hennepin Schools
are given priority for tuition
assistance. Review the chart on
the right for eligibility guidelines.
Option 1 is open to residents of Anoka-Hennepin Schools with
a child four years of age by Sept. 1, 2019, who meet the income
guidelines and live or attend daycare in attendance areas of the
schools listed to the right.
Students will be placed in 2.75-hour morning or afternoon classes
or 5.5-hour classes based on school district bus routes. Families will
be notified of the preschool class schedule before August 2019.
Registrations are welcome throughout the year and will be placed
as space is available until classes are full.
Class schedule
Classes are held Monday-Thursday with both 2.75-hour morning
and afternoon sessions and 5.5-hour sessions. Classes closely
follow the Anoka-Hennepin School District calendar.

As part of the U.S. Free and Reduced School Meals Program,
children attending preschool in the morning will be served
breakfast or a snack. Children attending preschool in the
afternoon will be served lunch or a snack.
