We regularly see turkeys, deer, eagles, geese and other wildlife.” Inviting atmosphere When families enter Riverview Early Childhood Center for the first day of preschool, they immediately feel the inviting atmosphere. “I love the Riverview staff. The relationship between students and staff, and parents and staff - you just can’t get any better,” said a Riverview Childhood Center preschool parent. Children learn about the outdoors and nature, both in and out of the greenhouse, through artwork, sensory experiences, planting, watering and weeding. Saxerud said, “Our green house creates a space for children to watch plants grow while we watch the children grow.” Riverview Early Childhood Center has more than twelve preschool class options offered during the 2019-20 school year for both three- and four-year-old children. There are full- and half-day opportunities with morning and afternoon class sessions.
