We offer preschool classes to support children with experiences, skills and knowledge for continual learning. Classrooms offer a supportive environment to build a foundation for successful learners, include children of all abilities and are led by a licensed teacher!
• We offer sliding fee scales and scholarships to make preschool accessible to all children.
• Our play-based classrooms help children practice problem-solving skills, develop skills in all areas and build friendships.
• Cultural liaisons are a part of our Early Learning teams to enhance crosscultural interactions.
• Teachers monitor all areas of children’ s development and learning.
• Classes are 2.75 to four hours in length and are offered at locations throughout the Anoka-Hennepin School District with morning and afternoon class times available.
Classes are for children ages three-and-four by September 1, 2025.

PRE-K TO GRADE 3 PARENTING EDUCATION AND FAMILY ENGAGEMENT
Anoka-Hennepin Schools Pre-K to Grade offers classes, workshops and parent resources for families with children ages preschool through early elementary years.
Parenting education and family engagement can:
• Connect families with resources at their child’ s school.
• Provide information and support to families through family events, parenting workshops and one-on-one support as needed.

ECFE HOME VISITS

ECFE offers free home visits with a licensed ECFE teacher. Home visitors can come to your home or meet with you virtually to discuss your parenting questions and provide information on parenting and community resources.
