Fees can be waived or reduced at any income level if family circumstances would make payment a hardship . No one will be turned away because of an inability to pay . Call the ECFE office at 763-506-1275 for payment assistance .
To determine your class fee , find your annual household income and the number of class sessions ( i . e ., annual household income of $ 67,000 taking a Ones class – fee is $ 50 for one child or $ 61 for two or more children ).

Art exploration , active play , songs , building , and more ! Playtime is a non-separating opportunity for you to play with your child ( ren ) in an ECFE classroom and experience a circle time with your child .
