Play and learn with your child in this class, designed for children
emerging from toddlerhood and entering the preschool years. Discuss
strategies to help you understand and appreciate everyday life with
your child. Explore a variety of skills that can help you nurture and guide
your child through their early years.

Class Under Glass (30 months up to kindergarten)
Studies prove that spending time outdoors builds confidence, promotes
creativity, provides unique stimulation, and gets children moving,
all while reducing stress and fatigue. Parents and children will learn
about the outdoors and nature, both in and out of our greenhouse,
through artwork and sensory experiences. Class will be spent inside and
outdoors - even through the winter months.

Embrace a mindset for making and tinkering through engaging and
playful experiences. Alongside your child, you will investigate how
these experiences support fundamental STEM thinking and learning.

everyday materials and STEM concepts to design and build.

Attending Parent Advisory Council (PAC)
meetings is a great way to learn more
about school district programs and make
personal connections with other families
attending ECFE and preschool programs.
The parent volunteers of the PAC support
your ECFE and preschool programs
by sharing their energy, ideas and
suggestions.
Meetings are held the second Monday of
each month during the school year from
6:30 to 8 p.m. Child care is provided.
