Open the Door, Let’s Explore

Raising a Resilient Child

Explore and discover the world outside through
experiential, hands-on activities. Parent discussion
includes how to help children learn through common
everyday experiences as well as topics chosen by
parents. Weather permitting, we will go outside
to our nature area for outdoor activities. Dress for
outdoor play every week.

Parents who focus on a child’s strengths can raise a
happier, more resilient child. This class focuses on
ways to foster hope and optimism in young children.

We’ll explore the book, “Peaceful Parent, Happy Kids:
