Celebrate the 10th anniversary of this event
promoting good health for people of all ages
Sunday Burquest, former contestant on
the hit television competition, “Survivor,”
will share her inspirational message about
overcoming obstacles in health and well-being
in her message “Survivor Strong,” in which she
describes as a tug of war between herself and
breast cancer. Her inspirational message leaves
listeners with hope and practical advice for
overcoming life’s bigger challenges.
Additional sessions will focus on:
• Sampler fitness classes for adults
• Educational wellness seminars
• Multi-sport gym with youth activities
• Early childhood activities, bounce house
• Open swim (1:30-3:30 p.m.)
• Book and DVD swap
• 30+ local wellness exhibitors
Participation in sessions is free, but registration
is required. Walk-ins will be accommodated as
space allows.
