NEW | Beginning Felting 3-D Flower
Today, felt is widely used as a medium for expression that is an
ecologically responsible textile material. Join instructor, Anita
Jacobson, in learning a little of the history of felting, as well
as how to create a piece of flat fabric from wool and shape it
into a beautiful, three-dimensional flower. Flower measures
approximately seven inches in diameter. Additional starter
supplies will be available for purchase after class (optional).

NEW | Beginning Felting-Santa or Gnome
Needle felting is the process of punching loose wool with
barbed needles to create a strong fabric. Join fiber artist, Anita
Jacobson, in learning the basics of needle felting. First, you
will create a simple two-dimensional holiday ornament using a
cookie cutter to become accustomed to the technique. Then,
you will create an adorable three-dimensional Santa or gnome.
Specify Santa or gnome at time of registration. Additional starter
supplies will be available for purchase after class. All supplies
provided. Class fee: $39.

Cord Rug
Make a beautiful rug from macramé cord. These 18 in. x 30 in.
rugs are durable, washable and can last a lifetime. This rug uses
only simple crochet stitches and can easily be done even if you
do not crochet or have not crocheted for a while. Supply fee of
$25 cash paid to instructor at class. Class fee: $29.

Crochet Beginning
Crochet is fast and fun. Learn the basics of crochet including
chaining, single crochet, double crochet, slip stitches and
color changes. Plus, discover what yarns and threads should
be used for each project and how to block a finished piece.
Bring scissors. Supply fee of $6 paid to instructor at class.
Class fee: $39.
Join instructor, Peggy Decker, in learning how to recycle those old
plastic bags and turn them into a functional crochet mat. In this
hands-on class, you will receive step-by-step instruction for cutting,
rolling your plarn (plastic yarn) into balls and beginning to crochet

Easy Peasy Socks
With colder weather approaching, what better way to keep
your toes warm than with handmade socks? Instructor, Anne
Scheidnes, will show you how to knit a comfy pair of socks using
the magic loop method while working on both socks each week.
Week one will focus on toes, week two will begin work in the
heel, and on week three you will have completed your set of
socks. Basic knitting experience required. See website for supply

Learn how to turn roving (bundle of fiber) into yarn using a drop
spindle. Make the exact type of yarn you want to personalize
your next project! Join instructor, Anne Scheidnes, for hands-on
instruction. You will leave with a drop spindle and a bit of roving
to continue your spinning at home. Supply fee of $15 cash paid

Are you new to quilting or would you like a refresher on your
sewing skills? Join instructor, Colleen Heier, in learning to create
a beautiful quilt top in no time at all. You will piece and design
your quilt top using pre-cut strips rolled into “jelly rolls.” With
instructor guidance, you will learn to sew together your strips to
