NEW | Triple Time Swing
Another member of the Swing Family is Triple Swing ! This is very similar to the classic swing , single time , but Triple Swing has more steps to slower tempo music . Have fun and get some exercise in this upbeat class . Learn basic patterns , underarm turns and “ swing hip motion ” in triple-timing . Previous experience in a swing class is helpful , but not necessary . If possible , please wear shoes without rubber heels . Partners encouraged .
