In this four week session , we ’ ll embrace our Minnesotan resiliency and play outside combining yoga and functional movement . We ’ ll focus on balance and stability while drawing connections to real life mobility all while enjoying nature beside the mighty Mississippi . We ’ ll spend time on every joint and area of the body , bring awareness to the power of our breath and even delve into some nervous system calming techniques . Movement will be simple enough that anyone can do them , but will also be enough to keep you warm . ( And then we can really heat things up with a sauna session before / after class ).
