Get out and enjoy the Minnesota winter with your camera . The winter season offers photographers some very unique lighting situations , especially on a snow covered landscape . NEW | Photographing the Night Sky
Join instructor John Pennoyer as he discusses various techniques for photographing the starry wonders of the night sky . Discuss photographing stars , star trails , northern lights , milky way , and the various phases of the moon . The Saturday class will be a field trip to photograph the rising full moon over Coon Rapids Dam . For the classroom session , just bring your camera with lens and owners manual . For the field trip , a tripod will be necessary .
