Unleash your inner artist while creating a fine arts drawing of a
lighthouse with charcoal in a relaxed, fun environment. Learn
about different charcoal techniques and supplies. Explore the
world of charcoal with step-by-step instruction. No art experience
necessary. All supplies provided. Class fee: $39.

Explore the world and joy of drawing in a creative and relaxed
atmosphere. Develop drawing skills focusing on line, shape,
value, space and texture. All levels of drawing are welcome;
individual instruction adapted to your skill level. Educator and
artist, MaryLeah Marshall, will provide guidance as you develop
your individual drawing skills using still life and photo references as

Cord Rug
Make a beautiful rug from macramé cord. These 18 in. x 30 in. rugs
are durable, washable and can last a lifetime. This rug uses only
simple crochet stitches and can easily be done even if you do not
crochet or have not crocheted for a while. Supply fee of $22 cash
paid to instructor at class. Class fee: $25.

Crochet-Beginning
Crochet is fast and fun. Learn the basics of crochet including
chaining, single crochet, double crochet, slip stitches and color
changes. Plus, discover what yarns and threads should be used for
each project and how to block a finish piece. Bring scissors. Not

Crochet-Granny Square
Learn to make the timeless Granny Square. Once you learn how,
this crochet stitch can make baby blankets, larger blankets, scarfs
and more. The possibilities are endless! Familiarity with chain and
double crochet stitches required. Bring a size H hook with two
different color skeins of yarn and a scissors. Class fee: $25.

beautiful design. Artists in Indonesia, India, Africa and China have
created beautiful batik fabrics unique to the materials, symbols and
ideas of their culture for years. Explore the beauty of fabric batik
with this simpler version using glue and fabric paint to create your
