Metro North Adult Basic Education ( ABE ) offers free classes for adults who enroll in one of our programs .
• Learn English ( ESL )
• Earn a high school diploma
• Prepare for the GED test
• Study for United States citizenship
• Build basic skills in math , reading , and writing
• Gain basic computer skills
• Prepare for post-secondary
• Develop workplace skills
Classes are offered days and evenings at various locations and online . All classes are taught by professional teachers .

Anoka-Hennepin Community Education is currently seeking :
• Coaches and instructors for adult learning and youth enrichment classes and activities .
• Facility monitor staff to provide general building supervision during community education sponsored activities , programs and rental events .
• Child care staff for school-year Adventures Plus program , which is often convenient for retirees or students considering a career in child care or education .
