Under the guidance of a seasoned stained glass artisan , students will be scoring and breaking glass , grinding and soldering everything back together . Search the internet or design your own . Come to the first class with three to five design ideas for discussion . You will be using the copperfoil method of assembly . At the end of the course , you will have the skills and tools to continue making works of art glass on your own . Create a custom , colorful table lamp or candle holder in two fun evenings ! Using precut glass and some creativity , you will cover a 4 in . x 9 in . or 8 in . x 8 in . lamp or 3 in . x 3 in . square candle holder . Stencils will be available or you can use your creativity to make a beautiful work of art .
