NEW | Country Waltz Square Dancing
Learn the basics of Country Waltz! This dance resembles
Ballroom Waltz, but uses passing footwork and is danced to
Country Western music. This partner dance is a great hobby to
get you out and moving and is a nice way to connect socially
with others. Partners encouraged. Carol Brecht-Wiles has been
making dance fun for 20 years. Not meeting October 31.
Wear shoes without rubber soles or your cowboy boots.
Class fee: $25 one; $45 two. Modern square dance is healthy, fun and a great way to make
new friends while exercising your body, brain and smile.
Sequential lessons are hosted by Hotfoot Stompers Square
Dance Club and taught by Wayne Tauer on Monday evenings.
Couples, singles and families welcome. Questions, contact

and 30 are free. Registration is not required. Class fee: $5 per

Easy Round Dancing Swing Sampler
Round dancing offers the fun of ballroom dance music, but
the dances are called or “cued” like square dancing, so no
memorization is needed. Learn a variety of dances to enjoy
and soon you’ll be able to dance like the stars. This social
dance class has been tapping toes for 30 years - join the fun!
Everyone is welcome; a partner is preferred. Pre-registration not
required. Meets weekly; see website for class meeting dates.
Class fee: $5 per session; paid at class. Swing is a timeless, energetic and versatile dance that can be
performed to a variety of music styles. Learn footwork, patterns
and communication to the four count swing hustle, and single
time swing. If you’re looking for a new leisure activity to just
have fun with friends, swing dancing has it all. Instructor,
Carol Brecht-Wiles, has been making dance fun for more
than 20 years. Wear hard-soled shoes; partners encouraged.

Line Dance with Monica-Party Line Dance Two-Left Feet Social Dance Workshop
Get ready for any event with this workshop on learning three
popular line dances - the Electric Slide, the Cha Cha Slide and
the Cupid Shuffle. No partner needed for an entire evening of
fun! Wear closed-toed shoes. Instructor, Monica Mohn, is a USA
Dance national champion. Class fee: $25. Convinced that you have two-left feet and that dancing is not
meant for you? It doesn’t take much: a couple of fun turns, a
fancy walk to show off your partner and easy tricks to maneuver
around the dance floor. Sample a variety of dance styles and
gain the confidence to dance the night away. Couples only

NEW | Intro to Drumming
Gain a solid foundation in drum set performance and
musicianship. We will focus on proper hand/foot technique,
musical styles and reading basic rhythms. Amaze your friends
with the ability to confidently play various drum beats and fills
in multiple styles with a clear understanding of a path forward
to intermediate playing. Practice pad and sticks provided. See
