Calling all movie and film buffs! This is a thrilling opportunity
to gather with fellow movie enthusiasts to reminisce and learn
fun facts about popular Hollywood movies and TV series with
expert North Metro TV studio manager, Eric Houston. Class

Batman-The Television Sensation
Biff! Bam! Pow! Batman and Robin are back in this special look
at the classic television series starring Adam West and Burt
Ward, featuring rare photos and videos that will take you back
to the height of Batmania. Learn which cast member was part
of the Manhattan project, which 70’s TV star almost played
Batman, why there were so many Catwomen and more. As
part of our series kick-off, a behind the scenes tour will also
be included. Class meets at North Metro TV Station in Blaine.

Laughter Yoga is a complete wellbeing workout without a matt!
With special guided techniques anyone can laugh without
relying on jokes and feel the benefits immediately! We initiate
laughter with childlike playfulness which soon turns into real,
contagious laughter. It combines deep breathing exercises from
yoga with laughter, thereby oxygenating your body and brain to
help you to feel more happy, healthy and energetic. Participants
should wear comfortable clothing and shoes. Suitable for any

Feel good about making a difference! Learn about volunteer
opportunities in Anoka County serving children, adults, seniors,
groups and/or families. Many short-term and long-term
