Microsoft Office Essentials Part 2-PowerPoint

iPad/iPhone 101-How Does This Thing REALLY Work?

Continue your Microsoft Office training as you construct your own
PowerPoint presentation from start to finish. Use bullet lists, tables,
pictures, art, videos and charts to make your point on each slide.
Understand how to set transitions and auto advancement, as well
as tips for the most effective ways to present your information.
Prerequisite: Microsoft Office Essentials Part 1 or equivalent
experience. Class fee: $75; call for a $10 discount when registering
for Microsoft Office Essentials Part 1 and Part 2 together.

An iPad or iPhone is an amazingly fun and helpful device, once
you know what you’re doing! Discover how to change the standard
settings to personalize your device. Learn typing text, editing,
selecting and cut/copy/paste. Take pictures and video, practice
downloading free apps and books from the internet, and arrange
your app icons in a way that works for you. Set reminders, write
notes, insert contacts and use the calendar to stay organized. Bring
your charged iPad or iPhone, Apple ID and password and find out
how your iPad or iPhone can really work for you! No prerequisite.

QuickBooks can make your bookkeeping both manageable and
efficient. In this introductory class, you will learn some of the great
features of QuickBooks 2014 Pro. Get started on this easy-to-use,
time-saving accounting software. Class is held in a computer lab.
Prerequisite: Familiarity with Windows. Class held at Administrative

learn how to set up photo sharing so you can share entire albums
of pics and videos with others through messages or email. Take
