Ready for a little artistic independence? Learn a few traditional
pinching techniques, using your thumb and forefinger to shape
the clay. Then explore on your own to create a project of your
choosing. Examples include bowl, cup or dish. You decide!
Within three weeks, pick up your finished pottery. No pottery

Soap Making
Discover the delight of homemade soap for yourself or to give as
gifts! Using the cold process method, learn to make soap through
demonstration and participation. Color and scent your own raw
soap to take home. Complete handouts and recipes provided.

Go beyond doodling, get your creative juices flowing and practice
artistic meditation. Learn the theory and basics of zentangle. It’s an
easy to learn method of creating beautiful images from repetitive
patterns. Create miniature pieces of black and white art on 3.5”
paper tiles. The entire process is broken down and taught one
stroke at a time. No artistic talent is required; zentangle is great
for both new and experienced artists. Supply fee of $10 paid to
