Moving and Grooving ”Rocky” Style!
Want to try something completely different? Being healthy
takes work but that doesn’t mean it can’t be fun! Certified
trainer Nick Boyer will have you stretching and moving in
creative ways that will make the time fly. Meet new friends,
play relay games, discuss healthy choices, and even put
on boxing gloves. Get your Rocky groove going in this
focused yet playful way to burn calories. All fitness and

Cupcakes and Canvas
Learn how to paint by understanding the essentials
including brush strokes, color mixing, blending and more.
Your painting will be done using acrylic paints on a
9x12 inch canvas board. Guess what you will paint? A
colorful cupcake, of course! There will also be cupcakes
for snacking, donated by Kowalski’s Market in Woodbury.

Enjoy a memorable evening of bowling and pizza. Bowl
2-3 games, depending on time and end by 8:00 pm. Four
people will be assigned per lane. One pitcher of soda and
one pizza per lane. Start dreaming of those spares and
strikes! If caregivers will be eating, they should register

experienced educator and her therapy-trained education
dog. Investigate the canine species through a variety of
fun games, educational activities, and dog crafts. Build
confidence and social skills, while exploring the canine
species and practice dog safety skills. Plus, you’ll get to
spend time with Reggae,the instructor’s large and loveable
