Food with Friends
Let’s go out to eat! Visit local restaurants with others for
plenty of laughter, talking and great food. Choose what
you want to eat off the menu, meals vary in cost from
$7-$17. Bring money as you will be paying for your own
meal, beverage, tax and tip at the restaurant. Please note
that there is a registration deadline for each Food with

Frolic and Play the Eskimo Way
Frolic and play in the February snow at Oakdale Nature
Preserve. Snowshoeing on the tree-lined paths or blaze
your own trail through the woods. Choose a partner or a
team for a snowball fi ght and zoom down the sliding hill.
The bonfi re will be blazing plus hot dogs, chips and hot

Adaptations
Have you ever wondered why camels have a hump or why
a plant might eat a bug? Come to explore awesome plant
and animal adaptations that help with survival. You’ll meet
live plants and animals with amazing adaptations, and
learn about your own abilities to adapt! Following class,
enjoy the warmth and beauty of the various gardens in the
Conservatory. Class starts promptly at 10:30 am.

Grandma’s Best Years

Please indicate if you use a wheel chair when registering
as wheel chair seating is limited.
When Grandma Simms leaves the farm and comes to
visit her daughter and grandchildren, she bring along her
ideas on how the children should be raised. What ensues
is a light-hearted comedy about family dynamics. Meet
Community Bridge Staff in the North High School lobby
between 1:30–1:45 pm. Show starts promptly at 2:00 pm

Let your creative side show through as you design your
own unique and colorful T-shirt during class. Indicate
t-shirt size when registering. T-shirts are in adult sizing.
