Swimming Swimming is water exercise, lap swimming, group games including water polo, learning swim skills, or just splashing around to release stress- that’ s swimming. Volunteers are available but anyone requiring one-toone supervision must provide a personal assistant in the locker room and in the pool. The pool is accessible by a corner stairway.
