From Hunt to Harbor |

A Junior League COokbook

For the first time in 30 years the Junior league of Baltimore has released a cookbook. The cookbook, aptly named Hunt to Harbor is a relection of both Junior League of Batlimore and the communities they serve. The book features a compilation of recipes from members, esteemed chefs, local restaurants, and other Junior League chapters from throughout the country as well as original illustrations. The book will be sold throughout the year online and at fundraising events.

Old Bay Hummus

1 can Garbanzo Beans, drained and rinsed

Juice of 2 lemons

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon tahini

1 clove of garlic

4 tablespoons Old Bay

3 tablespoonns water

Place all ingredients except the water in a large food processor. Blend until smooth, and then add water on tablespoon at a time to reach desired consistancy. I needed, add additional water or lemon juice.
