After a year, you will be eligible for promotion to Air Specialist( Class 1)( AS1) when you pass the Professional Workplace Assessment.
Further promotion to the rank of Corporal and beyond is by competitive selection and will require the completion of further periods of Command and Management Training to prepare you for the demands of your new rank.
If you reach Flight Sergeant, you will then move out of the Communications Infrastructure Technician specialisation and become an ICT Manager.
