Feedback:

Feedback is a message control mechanism by the issuer.

Because the communication is circular and both the sender and the receiver are constantly changing roles, the feedback determines the effectiveness of the messages sent by the sender.

Effective communication and assertive communication

Effective communication implies assertive communication. Assertive communication, in this sense, refers to the use of emotional intelligence so that non-verbal communication elements such as tone of voice can complement the message and not make it difficult.

effective communication

Effective communication is characterized by transmitting a message in a way that meets the objectives expected by the sender towards the receiver. It is also characterized by solving the problem of interpretation given by the interlocutors to the message.

For a communication to be effective, the interlocutors must seek understanding from each other through the elaboration of a clear, precise and brief message.
