The healthcare innovation den, a new addition to the Health +
Care conference this year, gave delegates the opportunity to look
at the latest techniques and technologies, through visiting the
healthcare innovations area where the products were
showcased, and attending presentations from entrepreneurs in
front of an expert panel of healthcare ‘dragons’. The role of the
panellists was to offer guidance, direction and constructive,
positive advice.

conference, and the feedback and recommendations each received on
the best way their idea, product or service can make an impact within
health and social care.
Lincus
is a system developed by founding director Tom Dawson that converts a
patient’s history into a biomarker and inputs it into their patient records. Pictures
are used to describe symptoms, and these are then quantified and entered
into a patient’s history.
