o
Our virtual world ensures connections can be made anywhere.
CCIM Institute, however, realizes face-to-face meetings remain cru-
cial for creating lasting relationships and providing multiple oppor-

CCIM’s exhibit booth at ICSC RECon in Las Vegas, May 22–25,
of ers meeting space for members and enhances the CCIM brand.
More than 36,000 attendees and 1,000 exhibitors are participating
in this international conference for the retail industry. Since 2013,
CCIM has doubled its leads and has seen a 15 percent increase in
attendance, with more than 1,000 booth visitors last year. CCIM
members may reserve meeting tables in 30-minute increments at

In March, I met with many global industry partici-

allow us to broaden the reach of the CCIM designation.
For the second consecutive year, CCIM Institute joined
the USA pavilion, hosted by the National Association

countries. T e substantial CCIM presence creates business opportu-
nities for CCIM members internationally.
Stateside, CCIM is enhancing its participation in the RealShare
conferences nationwide by hosting CCIM Institute training and
receptions for attendees. For local CCIM chapter members, these
conferences are an opportunity to cultivate new business connec-
tions. Go to globest.com/events to f nd a RealShare conference
nearby.
Finally, I urge you to join us Oct. 24–25 for our annual confer-
ence, CCIM T rive 2016, in Atlanta at the Grand Hyatt Atlanta in
