Lasting Partnerships
or more than 50 years, CCIM Institute has focused on
developing connections, increasing networking oppor-
tunities, and building relationships. Like a virtual web,
CCIM Institute continues to connect members and
create international outreach through education partners in nine
countries.
It is worth repeating that members come to CCIM Institute
for the education but stay for the networking. While more than
50 percent of CCIM members are brokers, 22
percent of our members have completed a deal
with another CCIM during the past year.
A substantial percentage of CCIM members
are developers and property owners who connect
with each other and the brokerage community.
Finally, 25 percent of members cross all lines
within the industry as attorneys, CPAs, and
lenders. Enabling connections is how CCIM
Institute continually strives to elevate our mem-
bers to the highest levels of success in the commercial real estate
profession.
With CCIM designees in more than 30 countries, the CCIM
pin is recognized globally for our members’ expertise and the
promise of integrity. In late 2016, 52 new designees were pinned
in Shanghai, China, along with 35 in Taiwan.
To date, the South Korean CCIM Chapter is the largest
CCIM chapter with 31 new designees and more than 1,200
members. The CCIM designation continues to be the global
standard for professional achievement.
