Ann Marie ’ s unique approach educates companies about the valuable contributions that individuals with autism can make and offers comprehensive programs to help businesses create inclusive workforces . She also collaborates with high schools and universities to develop job training initiatives , enabling individuals with autism to thrive in various industries . Under her innovative leadership , Spectrum Works has positively impacted the lives of over 600 individuals through internships at partner companies ; with more than 130 students set to participate in 2023 alone .
