The Fall is a time to come back to routines after much needed vacations and family fun . It is time to make routine physician / provider visits for wellness checks and screenings . In this season it is also an important time to schedule your flu vaccine and COVID-19 booster vaccine if you are eligible and it has been 5 months since your last booster . “ Monkeypox is something we are keeping a close eye on , and fortunately we are not seeing significant outbreaks ,” said Acito , who was promoted to her new position in July , 2020 . She oversees all aspects of nursing and patient care , including critical care and surgical care , among others . . This is a great time to have a discussion with your primary care physician and review the vaccines you have received to date and if there are any you need to consider .
