The firm commenced the matter on an emergent basis . At the hearing , the court ordered that the guest must immediately vacate his room and awarded the hotel a money judgment for all unpaid daily room charges . The decision is a victory for small business owners against guests who try to take advantage of customer-friendly initiatives enacted during these unprecedented times .
