The Felician University Nursing Resource Center ( NRC ) is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment and realistic simulation-learning technology that places our students in settings and conditions that replicate what they will se in practice . The NRC , combined with the training and guidance our students receive from nurses in hospitals and clinical settings through our Clinical Residency Program , ensures that Felician Nurses are ready to make an impact and meet the standard of care required immediately upon entering the practice .
