The impetus behind the launch of Better Together Zooms is to strengthen connections during this unprecedented time . Partners , Of Counsel , Associates and staff are all encouraged to participate . Better Together Zooms connect four to six people on a Zoom call . Each person has an opportunity to answer the same question , sharing a story from his or her own life experience . For example , “ What is the greatest piece of advice you have ever received , and why ?” Better Together Zooms provide professional “ face time ” that builds a stronger sense of community on a firmwide level .
