When asked to pick a favorite show, Anderson replied, “My favorite show to work was the 55th Grammy Awards. It was my first opportunity to work closely with the publicist of a performing artist. I made sure the music arrangements were set for the conductor and the orchestra.”
These shows carry big names, a lot of ratings, and are full of today’s pop culture celebrities.
Anderson’s vitae of stars with whom she has worked reads like a Who’s Who of celebrities. “You get used to working with celebrities,” she says.
Of her time at Cal State, Anderson offers a glowing review. “I love CSUSB. In my book, they have one of the best communication programs in the country—it’s very hands on, which is exactly what you need to get started in the business.”
While Anderson has accomplished much (and she’s just 25 years old!), she is not resting on her laurels. “I have started training my way towards becoming an Associate Producer on variety entertainment shows, like Dancing With the Stars,” she states. “I’m hoping to gain as much experience on shows like these so I can eventually segment produce a varietyy show."
