I love fitness. I love the work. I love the sweat and grind and sometimes even, the tears. Why? Because I love results. Not just the losing or gaining of pounds and inches. I love that sense of getting stronger, of getting better in body and mind.
Over the years, I've had the opportunity to meet incredible, Columbus based fitness professionals. Right here in the CO are a bevy of teachers, personal trainers, gym owners and merchants selling products that have aided me on my own journey. Columbus really is a kind of a "pick your fitness pleasure" city. Looking for MMA training? We got that. Hot yoga? Zumba? I know a spot. Wanna become a body builder or a fitness athlete? There are people and places here that have helped others accomplish that dream. Need we even mention The Arnold Classic?
