The Art of The Squat
The Squat has been called "the one excerise every person should do." Why? Because this one movement alone works not only the entire plexus of leg muscles (quads, calfs and hamstrings) it also strengthen your abs and glutes. When done correctly, squats build muscle but help to tone the entire body as well as facilitate fat burning. Remember, the squat is not a one size fits all movement, in fact there are all kinds of variations for levels of fitness, desired effect and amount of experience.
