hots – on – shots. You could
probably fill up a drinking
glass and sip it like cranberry
juice – it’s your choice but
Tequila as I know, is best
enjoyed in shots. I don’t
recall when I first tasted this
Mexican spirit but I do recall
when last I did. Coco Lounge is like my second
home; I don’t visit often but when I do, it feels
very much like home.
I have tried to match Coco Lounge to any other
restaurant or bar or lounge I have been to but
I must say I cannot really compare any. It’s
exciting to be at this place, the interior design
is mesmerizing – it feels like the luxury ones
you see in Hollywood movies. I’m always
confused when presented with the menu – I
simply want to eat everything! On one of the
Thursdays, Coco Lounge decided to give its
customers a treat – a special treat and I was
there. This special evening was graced by the
Mexican ambassador to Ghana, renowned
tequila taster Gabriela Cañedo Sandoval and
the team from Diageo Ghana.

Mexican music – Dance – Tequila is all I can
recall to this day. Clad in my blue khaki
trousers and pink oversize shirt, I still didn’t
feel complete without my Fear No Man badge
– that’s my badge of honor. Not that I belong
to any cult or society but wearing this badge
makes me feel proud of my country, continent
and race. That’s why I decided to have a chat
with this new friend of mine, Kulaperry.
Having heard him share the story behind his
brand Fear No Man, inspired me to put this
issue together.
What is urban fashion? Do we even have a
fashion industry? These are questions I would
want to ask him and truly he accepted to have
an interview with me. This issue is many
things to me. It’s probably my favourite issue
and it’s something I dedicate to God and my
unborn son. What should you expect? Expect
something different from the previous one.
I touched on everything entertainment and
lifestyle. I recommend my special interview
with Egyptian born British actor and producer,
Mico Saad to you – you will like it.
