Father’s Day Luncheon
What is one thing that men
like to do after they catch that
big ole’ fish, well of course it is to
fry it. We will be honoring all of
our fathers with a special fish fry
just for them on Saturday, June
15 at 11 a.m. on the back patio.
All families are welcome to
share this special time with their
father and grandfather.
Come on out and enjoy listen-
ing to that story about how they
caught that biggest fish while
spending some quality time with
dad and grandpa.
RSVP with our front office by
Thursday, June 14 at
417-345-2228 to reserve a seat.

HAT DAY
Mother’s Day Brunch
June 14 is Flag Day across the United States. Our flag has been around since 1776 and it
represents the heart and soul of all Americans both living and deceased. It is a symbol of our
freedom and the dedication of our veterans and active service people.
Flag Day cannot be celebrated in one day, so we are expanding it into an entire week. We will
be honoring our flag with its history, a discussion on “The Grand Ole’ Flag,” flag crafts and trivia.
On Thursday, we will have our own flag ceremony complete with the folding of the American flag
and what each step resembles. On Friday, June 14, we will go out to our flag pole and perform a
presentation of our flag, then finish with a social
We all need to honor our flag because it resembles the freedom that we all stand for. Watch
our weekly article or check out our Facebook page to find out our schedule for each activity.
