Bonnie is a Miami Beach native who spent her summers in the beautiful landscapes of Appalachia, giving her a unique perspective on real estate. After earning her BFA from Rutgers University, she honed her customer service skills running South Beach Kayak, a kayak and paddleboard rental company known for its five-star service. Now residing in Pisgah Forest with her husband, Val, and their two young children, Bonnie is dedicated to helping clients navigate the real estate market with a commitment to excellence. Outside of her professional endeavors, Bonnie enjoys tending to her garden, finding joy in nurturing both plants and her family.

Carol Wilson

A London native, Carol has lived and worked all over the globe. Before relocating to the Cashiers-Highlands Plateau from Charlotte, she worked in social research and held various management roles with a major U. S. airline. She eventually found her way to North Carolina, where she marked her fulltime home in the Sapphire community, next to Panthertown National Forest. She Joined Landmark in 2014, and headed the firm as General Manager from 2018- 2025, leading the firm to new levels of success. Her diverse background also includes owning a successful business in England and working as a scuba diving instructor in the Caribbean.
