Originally from the Brandon / Valrico area of Florida, Kathryn brings a rich background in cardiovascular and opthalmologic care before retiring from the medical field in 1994 to raise a family. She later became a Florida Realtor, buying and selling investment properties. After vacationing in Cashiers for over 35 years, Kathryn and her family built their dream home in Lake Glenville. When her husband accepted a pharmacist position at Ingles, they made the mountains their permanent home. Licensed in both North Carolina and Florida, Kathryn holds a Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource ® designation. She works tirelessly for her clients to help them find the perfect home.

Tonya began her real estate career in Florida, working in her family’ s development and construction business. In 1995, she and her husband moved their family to Cashiers, where she earned her NC real estate broker’ s license in 2010. Recently, she earned her Resort & Second-Home Property Specialist designation through the National Association of Realtors. Tonya has been active in her community as PTO president, softball coach, Rotarian, and school volunteer She holds both bachelor’ s and master’ s degrees from Western Carolina University. Tonya enjoys family time, boating, classic car shows, music festivals, and traveling in their RV.
